    • Trough Belt Conveyors: Designed for loose bulk materials like grains, coal, or raw spices. The belt rides on angled rollers to form a trough, maximizing load capacity and preventing spillage.
    • Modular Plastic Belt Conveyors: Constructed from interlocking plastic segments, these belts are the gold standard for meat, poultry, and dairy processing. They allow for air circulation (cooling/drying) and are impervious to water, making them ideal for wash-down environments.



Nestlé Case Study Integration:

For Nestlé India’s Bangalore plant, Ven-Tech successfully deployed an automated Modular Slat Chain Conveyor System. The challenge was to connect the primary wrapping machines to the cartoning stations while handling multiple SKU sizes. We designed a system with variable speed drives synchronized via sensors to the wrapper output, ensuring a continuous flow without product collision or pile-up. The open-frame SS304 construction allowed for rigorous daily wash-downs, meeting Nestlé’s global hygiene mandates.
