Technology:
- Hammer Mills: Utilizing high-speed swinging hammers to shatter material against a hardened liner. Ideal for coarse grinding of brittle spices.
- Pin Mills: Using intermeshing pins to pulverize material through shear and impact. Best for fine grinding of high-fat materials like cocoa or oily spices.
- Air Classifying Mills (ACM): An advanced system where an internal air classifier separates fines from coarse particles, recycling the coarse material back to the grinding zone. This allows for precise control over particle size distribution (mesh size).
